After travelling all the way from Ireland to stay in an Irish hotel, the room we were placed in was extremely noisey as there is a rubbish disposal across the road. My partner and I stayed 6 nights in room 308, god bless whoever is going there next. We will be back! …Īfter being recommended this hotel from my parents who come yearly, I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay. So thank you Fitzpatrick’s staff, especially the receptionist Ali.
Every member of staff were fabulous and they certainly made our trip more enjoyable. Since covid, we have found that most hotels/restaurants we have been to, have unfortunately not been able to get proper staff but that was not the case in Fitzpatrick’s - in fact it was the complete opposite. The concierge team, Garfield & Mike, were fantastic at recommending places for us to try. I had it each time I went back, it was that good! The manager in the restaurant, Nadia, was extremely friendly and lovely. There must have been a secret ingredient, it was AMAZING. The food was DELICIOUS! I had the smoked salmon and cream cheese on a bagel - but this was different from any one I’ve had before. We ate breakfast a few times in the hotel. We had no problem with street noise at any time. The beds were very comfortable and the bed sheets were fab.
During our stay, anytime we passed reception we got a friendly wave and smile from her.

A receptionist called Ali checked us in and was so professional and friendly. The staff were fantastic in all areas of the hotel. From the moment we arrived to the hotel, we were greeted by warm welcomes. The location was fantastic for us as being beside Grand Central Station meant exploring the city was so easy. Staying at Fitzpatrick’s Grand Central was the perfect choice.
